I am currently going through a phase where I only want to wear leggings. All day everyday! They are so comfortable.  It is a pretty rare thing now a days when I wear jeans. Unless they are printed Jeans, I will always love a good ole pair of printed jeans. I am also loving leggings a lot lately because they are usually so printed and there is so much going on that you just have to wear a pretty solid or basic shirt and you are good to go!

I love love any kind of wedges. These wedges from Target are so AMAZING I can wear them all day, pain free!  I love that they are closed toed wedges. I can wear them all winter and summer!!

Today I was outside for a lot of the day and OH MY HECK was it hot or what!? I seriously thought I was going to melt away. Utah heat is so different then Vegas. I swear I pour sweat living here! Don't get me wrong, Vegas is HOT but I feel like Utah's heat is so humid!.... I need to find a good place to go swimming and soak up some rays. What are some of your favorite places to go in Utah County, any suggestions!?

Skin Care Saturday.

As you all know I went to school To be an Esthetician so I LOVE anything that has to do with skin care. This week I want to tell you all about one of my favorite exfoliating products...

Aveda liquid exfoliant. AMAZING! I have been using this product for about 5 years. It has become something I cant live without. My skin loves it!:)

How to use...
    After you wash your your face you will apply the exfoliant to a cotton round and rub all over your face. You can repeat in areas your are feelings extra oily or areas with more back heads. You will then apply your moisturizer and any other products you use such as serum, eye cream etc.

      I use my liquid exfoliant at least 2 times a week at night after I wash my face. I have pretty sensitive skin so I am careful with how much I exfoliate my face.I love this exoliant because it is for ANY  skin type no matter how sensitive your skin may be. It is not very aggressive but it gets the job done. Every time I use it my skin is literally glowing the next morning and my make up application is so smooth and flawless...

Some healthy stuff....

  Every morning I start my day off with a protein shake. I am such a person of habit so I usually make the same smoothie every morning and I LOVE it. It never gets old. There is nothing better then starting your day off healthy!
  I have people ask me all the time what kind of protein my husband and I use so I thought I would share...

The protein is PRO-NOS it is soooo yummy! We always buy vanilla that way we can make it into any flavor smoothie.

 Smoothie...
1/2 bannana
small handful of blueberries
small handful of strawberries
1 cup almond milk
BIG handful of spinach
1 scoop protein powder
ice&water
* If I am going to have a busy day and not enough time to eat shortly after i will add half a cup of oatmeal. It usually holds me over a lot longer when i do.



 I love to work out and eat healthy BUT I also love to eat bad! It a daily fight!! I always start my day off with a great work out and a healthy breakfast and lunch but by the time I get home from work I want everything in sight! ESPECIALLY sugar! I love treats.... to much!

  I am trying to stick with healthy sugars at night like mainly fruit. luckily I LOVE fruit. I can never have enough. I have heard a lot that you should not each a lot of fruit at night because of the high amount of sugar but whatever! Its better then candy, right!? I also love sugar free cool whip, like.. am obsessed with it! I seriously could have it with anything and I feel less guilty since it is "sugar free" so I dip my fruit in it and it tastes as good or better then any other treat.... or almost :)

What are some of your favorite breakfast smoothies or healthy late night treats?!? I would LOVE to try some new things!!!

         Today was my husband and my third year anniversary! I cant believe we have been married that long, it's so crazy how time fly's. He is my world. I am so blessed to have him in my life, I would be so lost without him!!

 

         

I bought this floral blouse so long ago and have never worn it. I have not been able to find bottoms that i felt would go well with it until i was at Windsor (of course) last weekend and found these pants and knew right when i saw them that i would finally be able to wear my shirt!!:)

We LOVE frozen yogurt! I swear every time we go out on a date we have to finish by getting some... Its a problem!:)

 I had such a great time spending time with my hubs today. I could not have asked for a better day. We have both been so busy lately its just so refreshing to have some time for just US. He spoils the heck out of me, I just adore him!!!

When I was in St George this past weekend my sister and I had some fun and took some of these photos. She is such an amazing photographer. I take full advantage of her and her skills every time I see her.

You would never guess it but I bought my leggings at Seasons Spa/Salon. I was in there the other day and noticed they have the cutest little boutique, so of course I took a peak and came across them. I LOVE them, they are so comfortable! I also had to have these heels when I saw them online, they are so fun i could wear them everyday!

     I am so excited to begin my blog to share with you a few of my passions in life. I have an obsession with Beauty, Fashion, Health and just life in general. I want to let you in my life to have a little fun with me!!

   I went to school to be an Esthetician years ago and LOVE everything that has to do with feeling beautiful inside and out so i thought to myself, why not have a blog to share my knowledge and passion with the beautiful people around me.

    I am currently working at an Aveda salon. I love working with new people each day and love to make people feel gorgeous.:) I also work from home doing Eyelash Extensions and Custom Airbrush Spray Tanning. I am truly having the time of my life!

    I have been working so hard lately with my Eyelash Extension & Spray Tanning. This past weekend i was able to go to St George to see my sister to have a little Tanning party and to do a few Lashes. It was so fun to meet new people.

   Im loving these lashes. They were so flattering on her!!!

I was so busy doing Spray Tans i was not able to take any pictures but i will put some pictures up soon from other spray tans i have done.
